We captured Samaya's Carefully Curated Conversations - both its exclusive roster of attendees and its mission and impact in supporting high-level business women.
Event coverage entails quick and dynamic production team "on their toes", ready to capture the unexpected.
For this event's sensitive timeline, we prepared a script of questions for brief, insightful interviews to respect interviewees' schedules and frame Samaya's brand.
This intimate, discussion-based event required an unobtrusive presence, with light gear light and a lean crew (n=3). In total, we spent 6 hours filming interviews and event b-roll.
Although the final product does not show it, while filming we encountered construction noises outside. Yet this did not interfere with the quality of our interviews. Why? Because we had worked closely with Samaya to draft a focused interview guide, thus limiting outside shooting and external disruptions.
Our post-production is about crafting a branded narrative. This involves syncing audio, selecting compelling messages, and threading supporting b-roll. Post-production entailed two drafts.
Samaya can now most compellingly promote their services to collaborators and clients.
In this project, we engaged with inspiring and influential entrepreneurs and strengthened Samaya's marketing strategy and online presence, further supporting women-led business in Boston and beyond.
