We worked with George Howard Strategic (GHS) on an integrated strategy of 30+ visual assets to recruit fresh talent for Ora Clinical.
We visited Ora's offices and employees to sense their culture and map out a list of b-roll shots and interview locations.
The project consisted of a general company highlight, three department videos, and individual testimonials on Ora's culture and work.
In the first two (of the four) days of filming, we captured 20 interviews and sufficient b-roll for initial drafts. Preparing an interview script and shot list was key for this efficiency.
In the last two days, we recorded additional interviews and b-roll to visually diversify each final product.
With 30 videos, we worked closely with GHS to ensure the digital sets reflected Ora's recruitment goals.
Ora displays the videos on their website and LinkedIn profile to target potential employees.
Working with Ora was an opportunity to capture and communicate a corporate brand. The volume - 30 videos - was our largest project to date, and we are proud that our team of creatives contributed to helping Ora's attract top talent.
